Anywho, in the mean time I think it'll be awesome to practice some subtraction techniques, where I paint an image with difeerent layers of different layers and sand away the layers to give it that abstract void-like patina. Murakami incorporates that technique in a lot of his painting and have always been awed by the complexity of it. All it takes is to invest in some more paint and get some modeling paste to help make this possible.
